Interesting

"Some [Most] people think the Federal Reserve Banks are the United States government's institutions. They are not government institutions. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign swindlers." -- Congressional Record 12595-12603 -- Louis T. McFadden, Chairman of the Committee on Banking and Currency (12 years) June 10, 1932
"A great industrial nation is controlled by it's system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the world-- no longer a government of free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of small groups of dominant men." -- President Woodrow Wilson

NBA

NBA Lock Out - As a fan i am disgusted by this situation. At this point it is about greed and ego's. Welcome to the new era of NBA arrogance. This seems to be more about what superstars want, i.e. Lebron James and such, as they want to play where they want to play, and make what they think they deserve. Both sides are not hurting in any way. The lowest Salary for an NBA player last year was somewhere near $400,000.00. Not bad in my opinion. The fans and others who benefit off of the NBA are really hurting. I mean average people who work in concession stands or in the stadiums where these games are being played. But greedy millionaires can't agree on who will get more. The average fan who escapes their normal sometime troubled life by watching a two hour basketball game is being robbed. Drop the ego's and the selfishness, and remember your playing a game for a living. I am stuck in a cubicle half of my day and would be lucky if i make as much as the lowest NBA salary in my life.

Although i don't much about the ipad and its apps but its nice to see new competitors coming up with their products bringing this more competition in the market. This will benefit the consumers in more varieties when it comes to purchase and also in the long run competition will benefit with new upgrades and new products.
